The Price of Confession will be directed by «Beyond Evil» director Shim Na Yeon poster On February 24, it was announced that Shim Na Yeon would take over as director of the drama The Price of Confession.

The most well-known films by the director are Beyond Evil, Moment at Eighteen, and Han Yeo Reum's Memories. Along with The Good Bad Mother, she will also be directing the next comedy K-drama that stars Lee Do Hyun, Ra Mi Ran, and Ahn Eun Jin.

Prior to that, the drama's director, Lee Eung Bok, who is well-known for his work in K-dramas including Dream High, School 2013, Descendants of the Sun, Goblin, Mr. Sunshine, and Sweet Home, among others, was in discussions to helm the production.

Yet Shim Na Yeon was finally given the position.

Two of the most accomplished and attractive South Korean actresses, Song Hye Kyo, who is now the female lead in The Glory, and Han So Hee, who will appear in the upcoming Netflix original series Gyeongseong Creature with Park Seo Joon, are reportedly cast in the drama.

The Price of Confession tells the horrific story of two ladies who were involved in a murder investigation.

Expectations for the drama have increased just by looking at the ensemble of the next mystery thriller. According to rumors, Song Hye Kyo will portray art instructor Ahn Yun Soo in the drama.

An unforeseen incident forces Ahn Yun Soo, an everyday woman, to change the course of her routine existence.

The character of Mo Eun, a mystery woman whose name is unknown and who is dreaded by everyone due to her antisocial inclinations, is one that Han So Hee is anticipated to play. But, she will approach Yun Soo and change her life.

About the K-premiere drama's date, further information is still to emerge.
