His co-star Im Yoon Ah claimed the second spot, sharing the focus. Within its first week of broadcast, King the Land quickly rose to the second spot in the TV-OTT drama category thanks to the outstanding performances of the two leads.
In addition, on June 19 the K-drama was ranked ninth on Netflix's list of the Top TV Shows. In countries like Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Malaysia, the drama is at the top of the Netflix charts.
